How does pricing work?

Each courier sets their own prices per item. You pay a small booking fee (99 MAD) online to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance is paid directly to your courier.

Which countries do you cover?

We cover shipping between Morocco and most European countries including France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, UK, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, and Ireland.

How are couriers verified?

All couriers undergo identity verification and document checks before being approved on our platform. Customer reviews help maintain quality.

Can I ship large items like furniture or appliances?

Yes! Our couriers regularly transport washing machines, fridges, beds, tables, TVs, and other large items.
